NES Grade 2 Teacher

We are currently looking for a qualified and enthusiastic teacher for a new grade two class.

We are seeking a homeroom teacher for grade two who can create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for their students. The ideal candidate should have experience in teaching at the lower primary level and be able to deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.

Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons that align with our curriculum
Assessing student learning and providing feedback to students and parents
Flexible and able to adapt to a continuous stream of new students
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student growth and development
Collaborating with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for our students
Participating in school-wide events and activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain one)
At least three years of teaching experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others
Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
