We have a wonderful opportunity for you!We are looking for a Principal and Curriculum Developer
Requirements:
1. British or American Passport Holder
2. Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree from an accredited university [ preferably in Education ]
3. At least 5 years work experience as a curriculum developer and principal or any relevant recent professional development that qualifies the applicant for this post.
4. Skills in planning, designing, and developing teaching curriculum
5. Knowledge and understanding of English Curriculum Standards
6. Management Skills.
7. Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and digital tools to support learning
8. Creative, critical thinker, and a problem solver.
9. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
10. Good understanding of health and safety regulation.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning, development, implementation, and revision of curriculum in keeping with changes and to meet the educational standards of the school.
2. Manage and train the teachers and other teaching staff within the school community.
3. Create improvement strategies for school and how to tackle underperformance in different contexts through monitoring and evaluation.
4. Ensure that that the company policy is being followed.
5. Implement safeguarding procedures as required.
6. Manage the school budget for all required expenditures such as learning materials, salaries, and also extracurricular activities.
7. Prepare the teachers, students, and other staff members for inspections conducted by the regulatory authority.
8. Create a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive environment among the teachers and students.
9. Take classes (online lesson) when required to cover the absent teacher.
Job Details:
Working Schedule:
Wednesday – Friday: 10:00 - 18:00 or 11:00 - 19:00 [ flexible working time ]
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00
Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 [ depends on qualifications and experiences ]
